Fully-tested complex components

Taking your product specification, application, and moulded parts produced by our specialist miniature technologies, OF Bell’s experienced technicians deliver the bulk manufacture of quality-monitored electrical and electronic components in our in-house electrical assembly facility.

With excellent technical know-how and years of experience in the skilled manufacture of small parts, technicians build reliable components incorporating processes including coil winding of wires down to just 0.0125mm, pressure and vacuum potting of epoxy and polyurethane resins, cable harness assembly, cable preparation, insert and overmoulding.

Computer-linked ATEs test components in in-situ scenarios, replicating conditions in the field to ensure suitability for end uses. Coils may be tested in a magnetic field, or you may specify pressure or acoustic testing. Components are dispatched from our UK base with batch test data printouts and serial numbers as required for complete performance and quality assurance.
